6. Lost or Damaged Packages

• Lost or Stolen Packages: Kidsgardenone is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking status shows “Delivered”. If your tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate the package, please check with neighbors and contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.
